Adam Ngan Joins Blake, Cassels & Graydon LLP Toronto Office

Blake, Cassels & Graydon LLP is pleased to welcome Adam to the Pension group.

Adam’s practice covers all aspects of pensions, benefits and executive compensation law, including plan administration, governance, investment, design and taxation. He also advises on the pensions and employee benefits aspects of corporate transactions.

Adam first joined Blakes as a summer law student and subsequently articled with the Firm. While in law school, he worked as a research assistant at the University of Toronto, Faculty of Law, and has volunteered as a case-worker at a community legal aid clinic.
