Adrianna Pilkington Joins Cassels Brock

Cassels Brock is pleased to announce that Adrianna Pilkington has joined our Toronto office as an associate in the Municipal, Planning & Environmental Law Group.

Adrianna Pilkington is an associate in our Municipal, Planning and Environmental Law Group. Her practice encompasses all aspects of municipal, land use planning and environmental law.

Adrianna’s experience includes representing public and private sector clients before the Ontario Municipal Board (OMB) and conducting prosecutions on behalf of municipal clients related to contraventions of the Building Code Act, 1992, the Planning Act, the Fire Protection and Prevention Act, 1997 and municipal by-laws.

Her practice has included reviewing, interpreting and drafting municipal by-laws and providing opinions on access to information, green energy, survey and boundary issues, administrative law, municipal taxes, development charges, and constitutional issues. Adrianna has also managed easement conveyancing work for a large utility, conducted prosecutions under the Ontario New Home Warranty Plan Act and has acted as defense counsel on provincial offences charges for corporate clients.
