Aird & Berlis LLP is pleased to announce that Faruk Gafic has become a partner of the firm.

Faruk is a member of the firm’s Real Estate Group and Commercial Leasing Team. His practice involves all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions and financings. He has developed a particular focus on commercial leasing and regularly advises major landlords and tenants of office, industrial and retail properties. Faruk is experienced in drafting and negotiating commercial leases and related leasing documentation, including offers to lease and complex lease amending agreements.
