Aird & Berlis LLP is pleased to announce that Alyssa Gebert has joined the firm as an associate in our Financial Services Group. Alyssa was a summer student and an articling student at the firm prior to returning as an associate.

Alyssa’s practice focuses on commercial lending transactions, including secured lending and secured debt restructuring, as well as insolvency-related business transactions.
