We are pleased to announce that Kieran F. Ryan is a new partner of the firm.

Bennett Jones is pleased to welcome Kieran F. Ryan to the partnership.

Kieran has a broad energy and corporate commercial law practice with a focus on private mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, corporate reorganizations, recapitalizations, commercial transactions and energy project development.

Kieran has also counselled a number of clients on the structure and negotiation of joint ventures and partnerships for the acquisition, exploration and development of oil and gas assets, specifically in the unconventional resource areas of oil sands and shale gas development.

In addition to his practice, Kieran was appointed to the Board of Directors of the Calgary HandiBus Association in 2012.
