Celina Hong has a corporate and securities law practice with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financings, and corporate governance matters.
Celina obtained her J.D. at Queen’s University Faculty of Law, during which, she participated in an international exchange at the National University of Singapore. While in law school, Celina served as an editor of the Queen’s Law Journal and worked as a caseworker for the Queen’s Legal Aid Clinic.
Prior to joining Bennett Jones as an associate, Celina practiced at a full-service national law firm.
