Bennett Jones is pleased to welcome Oliver Loxley to our Corporate Department in our Toronto office.

Oliver is a capital markets and securities lawyer with extensive experience across a broad range of industries. He advises issuers, underwriters and financial sponsors on debt, equity and hybrid securities transactions in Canada, the United States and elsewhere. In recent years, he has advised on numerous initial public offerings, high-yield debt issuances and convertible notes transactions for prominent companies, investment banks and private equity firms. Oliver also advises on liability management transactions, restructurings, mergers and acquisitions and general corporate and securities matters.

Prior to joining Bennett Jones, Oliver practiced at a leading international law firm based in New York.
