Clémentine’s practice mainly focuses on public procurement, infrastructure and public-private partnerships projects, including project finance. She advises private and public entities on the development and preparation of tenders and on the drafting and negotiation of partnership and other commercial agreements in the context of projects for the design, construction, financing and operation of infrastructure and clean energy ventures; and on the administration of the design and construction phases of such projects. Although familiar with many industries, her work focuses mainly on construction, health care and clean energy.
