Kevin practises corporate and securities law, with a particular focus on public and private investments funds, mergers and acquisitions, and private equity and venture capital. He also regularly provides legal advice regarding the regulation and registration of investment fund managers, portfolio advisers and dealers, and has considerable experience in structuring and implementing new asset management platforms for both domestic and international asset managers. Kevin is engaged in the regulatory developments affecting the asset management industry and currently sits as a member of the Policy Committee of the Canadian ETF Association.
