Liviu’s practice is focused on commercial litigation with an emphasis on infrastructure/public procurement matters. He is a strong, all-round commercial litigator with solid experience in a wide range of fields and has appeared before all court levels and administrative tribunals, in English or French, as counsel to either plaintiffs or defendants. Liviu has significant trial experience in fields as diverse as trade-marks, leasing, estates, judicial review, insurance, real estate, employment law, private international law, contract termination claims, franchising, construction and infrastructure/public procurement.
