Zaichi specializes in mergers and acquisitions, private equity investment, and general corporate and commercial matters. Zaichi has over 20 years of legal experience representing multinational companies and Chinese enterprises. He has led various aspects of complicated transactions, such as drafting, reviewing and negotiating share or asset purchase and sale agreements, joint venture contracts, shareholders’ agreements, and articles of association; advising on transaction structures and conducting due diligence in investment, financing and M&A transactions; and advising on corporate governance and compliance issues.
