BD&P is delighted to welcome Joanne Luu to the partnership.

Burnet, Duckworth & Palmer LLP is delighted to announce that litigation lawyer Joanne Luu will join the partnership, effective February 1, 2021.

Joanne joined BD&P in 2012 as an articling student following her clerkship with the Alberta Court of Appeal. She has since developed a broad commercial litigation and domestic and international arbitration practice focusing on complex disputes. She has appeared at all levels of court in Alberta, at the Alberta Securities Commission and before arbitration tribunals seated in Canada and abroad. Joanne has recently been recognized as a leader in her field in Who’s Who Legal, The Legal 500 and Best Lawyers Canada.
