Burnet, Duckworth & Palmer LLP is delighted to announce that litigation lawyer Julia Lisztwan will join the partnership, effective February 1, 2021.

Julia joined BD&P in 2016 after practicing at a New York law firm and clerking at the Calgary Court of Queen’s Bench and United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. Julia’s practice focuses on complex, high-stakes commercial disputes, with matters before all levels of court in Alberta, the New York Appellate Division and the US Supreme Court.
