BD&P is delighted to welcome Erin Moch to the firm's business law group

Burnet, Duckworth & Palmer LLP is pleased to welcome Erin Moch who has joined its business law group as an associate.

Erin was called to the Bar in 2018 and has experience advising on a range of business law matters such as M&A, dispositions, amalgamations and financings for a range of clients in the agribusiness, energy, financial services and manufacturing sectors. She also advises clients on tax law, including tax litigation and the tax aspects of M&A, joint ventures and company reorganizations and restructurings.
