Cassels Brock is pleased to announce that Shaun Khullar has become a partner of the firm.

Shaun Khullar is a partner in the Securities Group at Cassels Brock. He practises corporate and securities law with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance. Shaun has experience acting on behalf of acquiring and target companies in connection with asset purchase transactions and public and private share purchase transactions, including by way of plan of arrangement and on behalf of issuers and investment dealers in connection with public and private corporate finance transactions, including secondary offerings and private placements. He has experience acting on behalf of clients in a variety of industries including mining, information technology, biotechnology and banking.
