Crawley MacKewn Brush LLP Welcomes Associate Brittany A.S. Davis

Crawley MacKewn Brush LLP is pleased to welcome associate Brittany A.S. Davis to the firm. Brittany’s litigation practice focuses on corporate commercial and securities litigation and class actions. Prior to joining the firm, Brittany was an associate at the Toronto office of a national firm. In that role, Brittany represented clients in a variety of matters including securities class actions and contractual disputes. She acted for an array of corporate clients and has experience with the Commercial List, the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, and the Court of Appeal for Ontario. Brittany began her career at an international law firm in New York where she represented a variety of large technology, financial, and banking corporations in a number of securities, contractual, and arbitral disputes and investigations. Brittany also represented numerous clients in pro-bono matters related to constitutional, civil rights, and immigration issues. Throughout her academic career, Brittany received several accolades, including those related to her contribution to human rights work while at Columbia Law School.
