Daniela Pacheco Named in 2022 Edition of The Best Lawyers in Canada

Neinstein Personal Injury Lawyers is proud to announce that Daniela Pacheco, a Partner and Senior Lawyer in our Medical Malpractice Group, has been named in Best Lawyers Canada list for 2022.  The annual list is compiled through confidential peer review surveys of tens of thousands of leading lawyers.

Daniela has experience in all areas of plaintiff-side medical malpractice and traumatic injury litigation. She has appeared as counsel in numerous complex multi-party medical malpractice trials and appeals, including before the Superior Court of Justice and Ontario Court of Appeal. She is immediate past chair of the Medical Malpractice Section of the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association, and immediate past Public Relations Liaison within the Executive at the Women Lawyer’s Forum of the Ontario Bar Association. She previously served as Chair of Women’s Caucus for two consecutive years and was given the OTLA Women’s Caucus Award in 2017.
