David Colman Joins Blake, Cassels & Graydon LLP Toronto Office

Blake, Cassels & Graydon LLP is pleased to welcome David to the Securities group.

David’s practice focuses on a range of domestic and international capital markets transactions, including public offerings and private placements of equity and debt securities, as well as mergers and acquisitions. He also advises clients on corporate governance and securities regulatory matters, including public issuers in respect of their continuous disclosure obligations.

Prior to joining Blakes, David worked as an analyst at an investment bank in New York. In law school, he acted as Editor in Chief for the University of Toronto Faculty of Law Review.
