He acts on matters focused on the mining and technology sectors and also provides ongoing advice to a variety of public issuers regarding corporate governance and continuous disclosure obligations.
Prior to joining Cassels Brock, David was a partner at a boutique law firm in Toronto specializing in securities law, where he provided legal services to emerging public companies.
