Duncan is a Partner at Neinstein Medical Malpractice Lawyers and head of the firm’s medical malpractice group. His practice focuses on serious medical matters, including obstetrical malpractice and surgical negligence. He has also handled complex multi-jurisdictional claims and was counsel in the landmark Van Breda v. Club Resorts case. He was the recipient of Lexpert’s Zenith Award in 2010, and has been listed in the Canadian Legal Lexpert Directory since 2014.
