We’re thrilled to announce that Jeffrey Adams has joined SpringLaw as a Labour, Employment and Human Rights Lawyer!

Jeff brings deep expertise in workplace relations, dispute resolution, and compliance, working closely with employers and HR teams to create positive employee relations, manage conflicts, and stay ahead of evolving legal obligations.

Jeff’s background is as unique as it is inspiring. A Paralympic champion and Canada Sports Hall of Fame inductee, he’s also a recipient of the Order of Ontario for his remarkable contributions to community service. Before pursuing law, Jeff built a successful career in business, where he honed his strategic problem-solving skills and developed a practical understanding of organizational challenges. His leadership experience across sports, business, and government gives him a well-rounded, solution-focused perspective that resonates with our clients’ needs.

In addition to his legal practice, Jeff is a sought-after bilingual (English and French) speaker on topics like Equity, Diversity, Inclusion, and team building. Known for his engaging storytelling and thoughtful insights, Jeff brings a fresh approach to fostering positive workplace cultures.
