Fogler, Rubinoff LLP is pleased to announce that Samantha Green has joined the firm’s partnership. Samantha practises in the firm’s Litigation and Dispute Resolution Group. She maintains a wide-ranging civil and commercial litigation practice which includes real estate litigation and bankruptcy and insolvency litigation and professional negligence litigation. Samantha has appeared on behalf of clients at all levels of court in Ontario as well as in a number of dispute resolution settings. Samantha serves as a Member at Large on the Ontario Bar Association’s Civil Litigation Section Executive.
