Fogler, Rubinoff LLP Congratulates New Partner Sara Hickey

Fogler, Rubinoff LLP is pleased to announce that Sara Hickey has joined the firm’s partnership. Sara is a member of the firm’s Labour and Employment Group.  She represents employers in wrongful dismissal actions and human rights claims, and provides advice to employers in all areas of employment law, including negotiating and drafting employment agreements, termination packages, and human resource policies.  She has appeared before a variety of courts, boards and tribunals, including the Superior Court of Justice, the Divisional Court, the Court of Appeal, the Human Rights Tribunal and the Labour Relations Board.  Sara is also a proponent of alternative dispute resolution mechanisms, and has participated in mediations and arbitrations.
