Fogler, Rubinoff LLP is pleased to announce that Anjanee Naidu has joined the firm as an Associate in our Employment and Labour practice where she practices in all areas of management-side labour, employment, and human rights law.

She provides strategic advice to unionized and non-unionized employers on a variety of issues, including accommodation and disability management, employment agreements and policies, terminations, occupational health and safety, wrongful dismissal and constructive dismissal litigation, collective bargaining, and workplace investigations and reviews.

Anjanee takes a proactive and solutions-oriented approach when advising clients, with a focus on providing practical guidance that aligns with clients’ unique business needs.

Anjanee has assisted clients in a broad range of industries, including Crown corporations, municipal, not-for-profit, childcare, professional services, arts, education, commercial, manufacturing, and healthcare and social services.
