Fogler, Rubinoff is pleased to announce that Ding Han has joined the firm as an Associate in our Litigation and Dispute Resolution Group.

Fogler, Rubinoff is pleased to announce that Ding Han has joined the firm as an Associate in our Litigation and Dispute Resolution Group.

Ding received his BA from the University of Toronto in 2019 and JD from Osgoode Hall Law School in 2022. Prior to joining Foglers, he practised general litigation for two years in Vancouver, British Columbia, where he appeared as counsel before the Supreme Court of British Columbia and the British Columbia Court of Appeal.

Ding is developing a litigation practice focused on bankruptcy and insolvency law and creditor and debtor rights.
