Harriette is an Associate in the firm’s business law group. She is developing a diverse corporate practice focusing on mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, financings, and other corporate/commercial law matters. Harriette has a particular interest in M&A work and has been involved in several domestic and cross-border M&A transactions across various industry sectors. On the financing side, Harriette has acted for both borrowers and lenders in respect of private equity investments and asset based lending transactions. Harriette enjoys working with entrepreneurial clients starting new businesses, providing advice relating to structure and organization, financing considerations, shareholder and partnership arrangements, and key operating contracts.
