Tim Duncan is a vigorous and adaptable commercial litigator with particular expertise in Bankruptcy and Insolvency issues and Land Use Planning matters. Tim advises clients on both the debtor and creditor sides of proposals to creditors, bankruptcies, receiverships and restructurings. He also regularly acts on development applications and approvals and expropriation matters.
