Fogler, Rubinoff LLP Welcomes Kevin Pinkoski

Fogler, Rubinoff LLP is pleased to announce that Kevin Pinkoski has joined the firm as an Associate in our Litigation and Dispute Resolution Group. His practice focuses on civil and commercial litigation, shareholder disputes, securities litigation, class actions, and professional liability. Kevin has acted for financial service providers, large corporations, financial institutions, and technology companies in complex litigations and class actions. His practice also includes representing a broad range of clients in litigation matters involving trademarks and intellectual property. He has represented doctors and various financial services professionals before tribunals. Before joining Fogler, Rubinoff LLP, Kevin maintained a bilingual litigation practice at a cross Canadian law firm in Montreal. He is a member of both the Ontario and Quebec Bars. During his legal studies at McGill University, Kevin was a research assistant for both McGill’s Centre for Human Rights and Legal Pluralism and projects involving international financial markets, and was the Editorial Chair of Inter Gentes: The McGill Journal of International Law and Legal Pluralism.
