Fogler, Rubinoff LLP welcomes Russell Sanders

Russell is an Associate with the firm’s securities law group and is developing a diverse corporate-securities practice. He assists clients on a variety of transactions, including private and public mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, public company maintenance and compliance, securities registrant regulation and compliance, stock exchange listing, private and public financings and other corporate matters. During law school, Russell worked at the Ontario Securities Commission and was the recipient of the Law Society of Upper Canada/Osgoode Society Award of Excellence. He is an avid Toronto Maple Leafs fan, enjoys travelling and gives back to his community by volunteering at homeless shelters. To learn more about Russell, please click here.
