Fogler, Rubinoff LLP is pleased to announce that Micheline Gray-Smith has joined the firm as an Associate in our Business Law group.

Fogler, Rubinoff LLP is pleased to announce that Micheline Gray-Smith has joined the firm as an Associate in our Business Law group. She is developing a diverse corporate/commercial practice focusing on mergers, acquisitions, reorganizations and restructurings, financings and other corporate/commercial matters. Micheline received her HBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business at Western University and her JD from the University of Toronto Faculty of Law. Prior to being admitted to the bar and joining Foglers as an Associate, Micheline was both a summer and articling student with the firm. In her spare time, Micheline enjoys cooking, event planning and crafting.
