He is developing a corporate/commercial practice focusing on mergers, acquisitions and corporate finance. Roberto is also interested in assisting companies navigate complex regulatory issues, particularly in the privacy and cannabis spaces. Roberto is a graduate of Western University’s Ivey Business School and Western Law. In his spare time, Roberto enjoys playing soccer, cycling, travelling and trying new restaurants.
