Gilbert’s LLP Congratulates New Partner Andrea Rico Wolf

Gilbert’s is proud to welcome Andrea Rico Wolf as a member of its Partnership.

Andrea represents clients in all manner of intellectual property and commercial disputes, including before the Federal Court, Federal Court of Appeal and Ontario Superior Court. Her practice focuses primarily in pharmaceutical, software and tech patent litigation, and commercial transactions involving IP.

Andrea has diverse experience, which gives her a unique perspective on legal issues inside and outside the courtroom. Prior to joining Gilbert’s, Andrea spent time in Beijing where she worked for the M&A group of one China’s premier business law firms and survived driving a rickshaw more than once. Andrea also summered as law student for the Organization of American States and Inter-American Commission on Human Rights (IACHR) in Washington, D.C., where she briefed cases on freedom of expression, indigenous economic rights, and state protection against paramilitary groups.
