We are pleased to announce that Kevin Shipley has joined Gilbert’s as a partner! Kevin is a mechanical engineer, patent agent and lawyer, and joins Gilbert’s after having spent several years honing his craft at one of Canada’s largest IP boutiques. Kevin has significant experience in patent prosecution, large-scale freedom-to-operate and product launch/clearance projects as well as aggressive patent portfolio mining. Kevin will be a key part of Gilbert’s growing prosecution group, advising clients regarding domestic and international IP strategy.
