Goldman Sloan Nash & Haber LLP (GSNH LLP) grows its greater Toronto team by three lawyers, to become one of the largest commercial real estate groups in Canada. Three members of the law firm of Zaldin & Fine LLP will join GSNH LLP effective November 19th, 2018, contributing strength to GSNH’s Corporate / Commercial, Real Estate, Wills & Estates and Litigation practices.

Stephen Jackson is an experienced litigator and mediator. Litigation represents the heart of his practice at all levels of Ontario Courts and tribunals, including the Ontario Court of Appeal.

The focus of Stephen’s business litigation practice includes, contract and commercial disputes, partnership and shareholder disputes, mortgage enforcement, commercial lease disputes, real property disputes, construction lien.

Stephen is also frequently retained to deal with estate disputes and negligence litigation.
