Lori is an Associate at Goldman Sloan Nash and Haber LLP, practising civil litigation with emphasis on construction and commercial matters.
Lori acts for various players in the construction industry, including owners, sureties, subcontractors & suppliers, general contractors and large corporations.
She maintains a construction and civil litigation practice, which includes construction lien actions, breach of trust actions, delay claims, business torts, injunctions, court order enforcement, breach of contract, and collections actions.
Lori graduated from the University of King’s College and Dalhousie University with a combined Honours Bachelor of Science degree in 2006 and received her J.D. from Queen’s University in 2009. Lori was called to the Ontario Bar in 2010.
Before joining Goldman Sloan Nash and Haber LLP, Lori worked with a small boutique law firm specializing in construction and civil litigation.
