Polley Faith LLP is pleased to announce that Harry Underwood has joined the firm as Counsel after a long and productive career at McCarthy Tétrault in Toronto.

Harry has represented some of the best-recognized names in corporate Canada, among them leading banks, insurance companies, investment managers, major utilities, resource companies, and manufacturers. His wide-ranging experience in the conduct of commercial litigation includes many cases in contract, corporate law (including officers’ and directors’ liability and shareholders’ rights), securities, fraud and misrepresentation, breach of trust, insolvency, and banking law. He is experienced in the defence of class actions. He has led the defence of many medical malpractice and other professional liability cases.

Harry is a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers.
