Hicks Morley is pleased to announce that Dianne Jozefacki has joined the firm’s partnership.

Dianne Jozefacki is a labour and employment lawyer in Hicks Morley’s Toronto office. She advises employers on a wide range of labour and employment matters, with a particular emphasis on energy sector and school board matters and employment litigation.

Dianne appears as counsel on a variety of labour and employment disputes, including wrongful dismissal and defamation claims, grievances and human rights proceedings. She provides clients with ongoing support to assist employers and service providers in avoiding litigation through proactive strategic actions and has represented clients in trials, appeals, tribunal hearings and labour board and arbitration proceedings. She has also appeared as counsel in all levels of court in Ontario, the Federal Court and the Federal Court of Appeal.
