Hicks Morley Welcomes Associate Danika Winkel

Hicks Morley is pleased to announce that Danika Winkel has joined the firm as an associate in our Toronto office. Danika represents private and public sector employers on a wide range of labour, employment and human rights issues, including grievance arbitrations, collective bargaining, labour disputes, occupational health and safety, human rights and accommodation and employment standards.

Danika received her Juris Doctor from Queen’s University, graduating on the Dean’s List. During her time at Queen’s, she travelled to England to complete an International Public Law certification and was selected as a panelist at the Queen’s Feminist Legal Studies Conference. Danika also worked at the Queen’s Legal Aid Clinic, representing clients in employment and other contract disputes. Prior to law school, Danika received a Bachelor of Arts degree (Honours with Distinction) from Queen’s.
