Hicks Morley Welcomes Associate David Gruber

Hicks Morley is pleased to announce that David Gruber has joined the firm as an associate in our Toronto office.

David advises employers and plan administrators on regulatory, governance and compliance matters affecting pension and employee benefit plans. He has advised plan administrators on plan governance, compliance matters and benefit entitlement issues, and he provides advice on fiduciary obligations in the pension sector. He has also worked with employers on plan design changes, de-risking initiatives, and plan mergers and asset transfers.

Prior to joining Hicks Morley, David practised pension law with a human resources consulting firm.
