Hicks Morley is pleased to announce that Kimberly Dias has joined the firm’s Toronto office as an associate. Her practice involves providing strategic advice and representation to employers and management in both the private and public sectors on a wide range of issues including grievance arbitrations, labour disputes, workplace safety and insurance, human rights and accommodation, and employment standards.
Kimberly obtained her Juris Doctor from the University of Toronto. During law school, Kimberly represented clients in a variety of matters while volunteering with Downtown Legal Services, where she served as a caseworker in the Criminal Law and University Offences Division. She was also a junior editor for the Critical Analysis of Law Journal, and a volunteer with the Digital Verification Corps.
