Hicks Morley is pleased to announce that Madeline Lusk has joined the firm’s Toronto office as an employment and human rights lawyer.
Madeline’s practice includes providing advice and representation to employers in the private and public sectors on a wide range of workplace law, human rights and employment litigation. Serving a wide range of clients across Ontario, Madeline has appeared before all levels of court in British Columbia, the British Columbia Human Rights Tribunal, and the British Columbia Labour Relations Board.
A thoughtful listener and intuitive problem-solver, Madeline delivers client-centered, results-driven solutions to legal issues. Before receiving her J.D., Madeline earned a Bachelor of Social Work from McGill University and a Master of Social Work from the University of Toronto.
