Hicks Morley Welcomes Associate Michael Jaworski

Hicks Morley is pleased to announce that Michael Jaworski has joined the firm as an associate in our Toronto office. Michael represents private and public sector employers on a wide range of labour, employment and human rights issues, including grievance arbitrations, collective bargaining, labour disputes, occupational health and safety, employment standards and litigation matters. Michael summered and articled with the firm before returning as an associate in 2020.

Michael received his Juris Doctor from the University of Toronto. While in law school, Michael served as co-President of the University of Toronto Labour and Employment Law Society where he worked to expose first-year law students to labour and employment law. Michael also helped lead the University of Toronto to a first-place finish at the Cassels Brock Cup moot. Before attending law school, Michael received an Honours Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Western Ontario, where he graduated with distinction.
