Rachel maintains a broad practice and advises employers and management in the public and private sectors on labour, employment and human rights issues. She is experienced in conducting examinations for discovery, cross-examinations, contested motions, mediations and pre-trials.
Prior to joining Hicks Morley, Rachel practised civil litigation at a boutique firm in Toronto, where she gained extensive courtroom experience as both lead lawyer and co-counsel. Rachel obtained her Juris Doctor from Western University.
