Hicks Morley Welcomes Jordynne Hislop

Hicks Morley is pleased to announce that Jordynne Hislop has joined the firm as an associate in our Toronto office. Jordynne provides advice and representation to employers and management in both the private and public sectors on a wide range of labour, employment and human rights issues. This includes grievance arbitrations, collective bargaining, wrongful dismissal actions, human rights and accommodation and employment standards complaints.

Jordynne received her Juris Doctor from the Bora Laskin Faculty of Law at Lakehead University. During law school, she was active in student life. Jordynne acted as the first-year representative and president of the Law Students’ Association, worked at the Lakehead Legal Clinic and represented her class at convocation as valedictorian. Jordynne was an active volunteer with the Ontario Justice Education Network and the Lakehead Law Journal, serving as managing editor in her final year of study.

Prior to law school, Jordynne completed a Bachelor of Management and Organizational Studies with a specialization in human resource management at Western University. She summered and articled with the firm before returning as an associate.
