Hicks Morley is pleased to welcome Larissa Putt as a labour and employment associate in our Waterloo office.
Larissa’s practice will round out the services provided by the firm including grievance arbitration, labour disputes, collective bargaining and human rights advocacy work. She also provides employers with practical guidance on a wide array of statutory compliance related matters including employment standards compliance.
Larissa received her Juris Doctor (Cum Laude) from the University of Ottawa. While studying in Ottawa, she competed in multiple moots, including the Hicks Morley Labour Law Moot. She also volunteered with Pro Bono Students Canada to assist various not-for-profit organizations in delivering legal support to the community. Larissa received a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Human Resources Management (Honours with Distinction) from the University of Guelph.
