Hicks Morley is pleased to announce that Njeri Damali Sojourner-Campbell has joined the firm’s partnership.
Njeri is a labour, employment and human rights lawyer in Hicks Morley’s Toronto office. She has appeared as counsel before human rights adjudicators and labour arbitrators on matters related to workplace harassment, discrimination, accommodation, academic hiring and policy issues, and she has been an advisor on collective bargaining including in negotiations and rights arbitration for broader public sector organizations.
Njeri regularly advises employers and service providers on complex and emerging human rights issues. She is a recognized thought leader in human rights law, with unique expertise in school boards, colleges and universities.
A creative and practical problem-solver, Njeri also helps employers realize the potential of their workplaces through policy development and legal training.
