Jordan Knowles Joins Blake, Cassels & Graydon LLP Toronto Office

Blake, Cassels & Graydon LLP is pleased to welcome Jordan to the Securities group.

Jordan’s practice focuses on advising clients in a wide variety of capital markets transactions, including financings, mergers and acquisitions, and private placements. He also advises clients on corporate governance and securities regulatory matters, including the continuous disclosure obligations of public issuers.

Jordan was a summer student at Blakes in 2012 and completed his articles with the Firm in 2013/2014. During his articles, he completed a three-month secondment in the legal department of one of the Firm’s foreign investment banking clients, where he worked on a variety of corporate, securities and compliance matters.
