Keri Wallace Joins Cassels Brock
Cassels Brock is pleased to announce that Keri Wallace has joined the firm's Toronto office as an associate in our Financial Services Group.

Keri is an associate in the Financial Services Group. Her practice focuses on bankruptcy, corporate restructuring, banking and finance.
Prior to joining Cassels Brock as an associate, Keri was both a summer and articling student at the firm. During that time she gained valuable corporate law and finance experience in the Financial Services, Securities and Advocacy Groups. Keri has assisted on a variety of matters including corporate lending, receiverships, CCAA proceedings and BIA proposals.
While in law school, Keri worked for a commercial and bankruptcy law professor, assisting with writing and editing publications on secured transactions and commercial reorganizations. In addition, she was an executive member of the Bankruptcy & Insolvency Law Club and President of the Black Law Students Association of Canada.
