Koskie Minsky Welcomes Associate Jesse Heath-Rawlings

Jesse Heath-Rawlings has extensive experience in advising on complex legal and regulatory matters in the areas of pensions, employee benefits, and tax.

Jesse completed his articles with Koskie Minsky and joined the firm as an associate in 2015 focusing on the taxation of pensions and employee benefits. From 2020-2025 Jesse worked in senior roles in the pension and policy divisions of the newly established Financial Services Regulatory Authority of Ontario.

Jesse rejoined the firm in 2025, returning with a deep understanding of regulatory theory, practice and decision-making which assists him in providing thoughtful and practical advice on legal and regulatory risk. Jesse has broad experience that touches most areas of pension and benefits law and regulatory compliance. He enjoys helping clients navigate all manner of complex and challenging legal issues.
