Daniela is an experienced litigator, with a strong background in insurance defence and commercial litigation. Her practice focuses on professional negligence, errors and omissions litigation, and commercial disputes. She has appeared before various levels of the court, including the Superior Court of Justice, Divisional Court and Ontario Court of Appeal. She has represented her clients before various tribunals, such as the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario and Licence Appeal Tribunal.

Daniela has worked with clients both nationally and internationally. She is a fierce advocate, having conducted multiple trials and motions throughout her career.
